General Information
· All accommodations are on the second
floor.
· All accommodations are smoke free.
Reservations
· A deposit of half the cost of each
night's stay confirms your reservation.
The balance is payable upon
arrival.
We accept
cash or checks.
· Refunds, less a $25.00 booking fee, are made for cancellations
received at least 14 days prior to
the reservation. Deposits for reservations with less than 14 days
cancellation notice are non-refundable.
· All rooms single or double occupancy.
· Check-in time after 3 p.m. is flexible, and arranged with your
hosts on an individual basis.
· Check-out time is 11 a.m., unless otherwise arranged with your
hosts.
· Special event weekends require a two night minimum stay, with
the balance payable in advance. Special
rates may apply.
· Extended stays of more than 2 nights qualify for a 10%
discount.
· Deposits and balances for special event weekends are
non-refundable. Special event weekends include
Graduation, Reunion, Homecoming and Family Weekend.

Follow
Route 12B into Hamilton. Bear right at the second set of
traffic lights. Make second right on to East Pleasant St.
(by big, red Baptist Church). Turn into the third driveway
on the right. You may park on left side of driveway, and use
the driveway entrance to enter.
From
the North
Follow
Route 12B through the traffic lights in the center of the
village. Make first left after the traffic lights (toward
big, red Baptist Church) on to East Pleasant St. Turn into
the third driveway on the right.
You may
park on the left side of driveway, and use the driveway
entrance to enter.

Follow
Route 12B through Hamilton, past the village green. Bear
left at the traffic light in the center of town, following
Route 12B past the Colgate bookstore. Pass "Subway" on the
right, then pass "Alliance Bank". We are the sixth house on
the right, after the bank (gray and green). Parking is in the rear. Follow
the wooden walkway around to the left.

the North
Entering
Hamilton on Route 12B, pass "Pizza Hut" on the right. The
next intersection is Wylie St./Montgomery St. Home Suite
Home is the seventh house on the left from the corner of
Wylie St. It is gray, with green trim. Parking is in
the rear. Follow the wooden walkway around to the
left.
