Story Time for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers is held in the children’s story room, led by Early Childhood Educator, Hilary Virgil. Story Time for preschoolers will be held in the community room and led by guest teacher Maureen Wallace. Story Time is held every Tuesday from mid-September through July, unless otherwise closed for a holiday or emergency.The event is at the Hamilton Public Library!
Wednesday January 25th 7PM:Please join other local residents to learn about the proposal for a community dog park. The project has been underway for almost two years, with a presentation to the village board in March. Your questions, ideas, and interest on the subject will be very helpful in bringing this project to reality. The event will take place at 13 Broad Street Hamilton.Refreshments served.
Thursday, January 26th at 10:30am - Community Outreach Forum; Hamilton Public Library
This forum is open to all non-profit organizations and service providers who service an area within 15 miles of the village of Hamilton at low or no cost to the public. Participants are encouraged to share a little bit about their organizations and the services they provide, exchange contact information, and network with each other. We’ll continue to develop methods to best market our services as a cohesive group and share that information widely with the public. Saturday January 28th 10:30AM : Aqualicious Story Time at the Colgate Bookstore ( 3 Utica Street Hamilton )...Tired of the snow? Join us at the Colgate Bookstore for a beach party for kids! Fun in the sun becomes an aqualicious adventure when Pinkalicious meets a miniature mermaid. Story time will be followed by sea shell crafts and special snacks. Free and open to children of all ages. Children are welcome to come in their swimsuits. The bookstore will be warm, even if it's snowing outside!

The Social Security planning seminar with presenter John N. Kalil, Jr., President of Retirement Solutions LLC. Mr. Kalil will share tips for making the most of Social Security. This is a one-hour financial education program (not a sales seminar) designed to help pre-retirees (ages 50-70) learn how to maximize their Social Security benefits prior to receiving them.
